Chuck has a long professional history in the criminal justice field including parole and probation, prison superintendent, programs manager and community college criminal justice instructor. He strongly believes that prison is not the end of the line for individuals serving their sentences, but an opportunity to begin restoring their dignity, and repairing family and community relationships.

Connie Johnson MS

Connie has a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Portland State University, and currently is employed as a Polk County Oregon Behavioral Health Crisis Counselor. Previously, she volunteered with the Oregon Department of Corrections reentry program providing support for women reentering the community after leaving prison. Connie is a mother, farm manager, and advocate for families raising developmentally disabled children.

Gladwin Joseph, Ph.D.

Gladwin is currently the Chief Project Officer with the Conservation Biology Institute in Corvallis Oregon. He has a track record of being a collaborative, value based leader with 19 years of experience in senior leadership roles across consulting and academic non-profits, and university sectors with international work experience. He has demonstrated capabilities in institution building, fund raising, policy making and management. He loves working with people and helping them grow. His work is driven by a deep interest in the common good, a strong belief in providential hope and the human spirit, and that learning is for life. He and his family are engaged in a number of projects to improve the human condition.
